In 1938, the West End Watch Co. first connected with Yacob Yousef Behbehani, who purchased his initial batch of watches. The business was interrupted during World War II, but resumed in 1946, when Mr. Yacob Yousuf obtained official representation for West End in Kuwait.
This representation eventually expanded to the entire Middle East. Thanks to Mr. Yacob Yousef Behbehani's oil era efforts and strategic excellence, sales skyrocketed to 1 million watches per year in the late 1970s.
Mr. Yacob Yousef Behbehani became one of the world's most successful watch agents. He passed away in 2004, leaving behind a tremendously successful chapter in both the brand's history and Kuwait-Switzerland relations.
In honor of Mr. Yacob Yousef Behbehani, West End Watch Company has created a limited edition of 300 watches.

We certify that your West End Watch detailed on the enclosed certificate of Guarantee against defects in workmanship and material for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
Within this period, regulation, repair or replacement of parts will be performed free of charge in the case of damage caused by lack of care. To qualify for this service under guarantee you must present your watch together with a valid certificate of guarantee to the authorised WEST END watch dealer from whom the watch was purchased or any repair centre mentioned in the booklet.
This guarantee DOES NOT COVER: The Glass, crown, bracelet or strap, attachments or batteries. Damage in the case resulting from mishandling or abuse, use/knocks. Damage resulting from unauthorised alterations, manipulation or repairs. We will not honour any altered, tampered or photo copied certificates of guarantee. Original Certificate of Guarantee and Invoice Information should accompany the watch if repair/service is required.

RETURN POLICY: Item(s) purchased may be returned within 14 days from date of delivery, under the condition that the item(s) has not been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in its/their original condition along with boxes and warranty cards.
